Custom Training Design Services
Analysis
LeadAmerica conducts an analysis of the current situation using collected data, surveys, performance observations, interviews and/or process reviews and recommends the best solution to the problem or plan to mee the goal.
- If training is not recommended, we provide the evidence that points to other, better solutions.
- If training is recommended, we suggest delivery options within your parameters, which can include classroom, e-learning, blended learning or even job-aids.
Deliverable: Analysis Summary
- If training is recommended, LeadAmerica conducts a Needs Assessment in order to pinpoint skill gaps and establish specific objectives for the training.
Deliverable: Terminal Training Objectives
Design
Once the objectives are established, LeadAmerica designs the training to meet those objectives including a detailed outline of content, instructional strategies used, participant exercises, timing and evaluation methods.
Deliverable: Design Document or Storyboard
Development
After the design has been approved, LeadAmerica develops the training materials including professionally designed participant materials, instructor guides, and visuals such as PPT slides for use in the classroom or formatted for the web.

Implementation
Where applicable, LeadAmerica conducts a train-the-trainer class to prepare your trainers to facilitate the training.
Evaluation
Training must demonstrate its effectiveness in solving problems and changing performance. We work with your training team to build an evaluation plan according to the level of evaluation selected.

Skills Reinforcement
LeadAmerica helps you develop a plan to reinforce skills so that they are maintained at optimal levels.
